- For example: Salad bowls that are put in a dishwasher are NOT covered!!!
What to do if my item becomes unusable within our warranty period?
If a manufacturing defect becomes apparent within one year of receipt please contact us at Info@woodard-charles.com and we will advise how to proceed.
If you can attach a picture to the above email showing the defect, it will significantly speed up the resolution process.
When will my order ship?
We usually ship 1 to 3 business days after we receive your order.
You will be notified by email after the order has shipped. The email will contain the FedExtracking information.
How does my order ship?
Your order will ship via FedEx only!!! If your order qualifies for free freight, it will be shipped via FedEx ground.
What type of payment does Woodard & Charles accept?
We accept: Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover card. You may also choose to use Paypal.
What to do if my order is damaged during shipping?
On rare occasions, breakage occurs during shipping. If an item arrives broken, we ask you to do the following that will enable us to both resolve your claim quickly AND take preventative steps to insure that the root cause of the problem is dealt with.
-If there is visible damage to the outer box or if a noise is heard when you shake the box PLEASE REFUSE THE SHIPMENT and notify us. If you refuse a damaged shipment, your credit card account will be immediately credited.
-Please open your shipment as soon as possible. All shipping damages must be reported within 15 days of the arrival of the shipment.
-If there is a damage please contact Info@woodard-charles.com. Our customer service team will instruct you on how to deal with your damage.
-You can help us by taking a photo of any damaged item or packaging and attaching it to an email. Please send your email to Info@woodard-charles.com.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be canceled if it has not been shipped. If the order has not shipped out, we will cancel your order free of charge.
If the order has shipped you must refuse the shipment when it arrives. Upon our receipt and inspection of the refused parcel, we will credit your account for the VALUE OF THE MERCHANDISE LESS A RETURN SHIPMENT CHARGE WHICH IS THE GREATER OF $15 OR THE AMOUNT CHARGED FOR SHIPPING.
Return of merchandise:
We will accept returns of UNUSED AND UNDAMAGED merchandise.
If you want to return an item, please contact us at Info@woodard-charles.com for return instructions.
Generally, you will be asked to send the item back to us prepaid. Upon receipt and inspection, you will be issued a STORE CREDIT for the value of the merchandise ONLY!! NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
